We like to keep it simple, so we currently provide two different styles of classes. There is the ever-popular Enso class, as well as a Boxing/Core class. The classes are capped at 12, and we ask that you sign-up for EVERY class you attend. We specifically keep the class sizes small and ask for a sign-up, so that we can modify the day's class program around anyone that may need it. Also, because of those two things, ALL ages (18+) and ALL fitness levels can attend any class.
The things we do NOT keep simple are our classes, because EVERY CLASS IS DIFFERENT! You will get familiar with some exercises and programs, but never from start to finish will you do the same workout twice! The classes are generally timed based, and specifically designed to make sure you can work at your pace without affecting anyone else's workout, or your own.

Our kickboxing/core class has been described as "...the cheapest therapy available!" We approach this class from the fitness angle, meaning we are using the sport to increase aspects of our fitness more than actually learning technique, forms and moving through levels. Never kickboxed before?! No worries. The class sizes are small enough that we will be able to spend time teaching you the basics, allowing you to fully maximize the workout! All of our punching and kicking is done on a bag, not in the air, or with a partner. We provide gloves, or you are welcome to bring your own.
If we are not punching or kicking, we are spending time strengthening our core with a variety of core based exercises. The stronger we are through our middle, the stronger we can be every where else!
